HOAAppeal is an AI-powered research tool that analyzes HOA governing documents and helps homeowners identify potential arguments for disputes. It generates a Dispute Dossier containing document analysis, citations, and a draft response letter.
HOAAppeal is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys, and does not provide legal advice.
The Dispute Dossier is an AI-generated research document. It is not a legal opinion, legal strategy, or legal representation. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this service.
If your dispute involves significant financial exposure, threats of legal action, or potential litigation, you should consult a licensed attorney in your state. HOAAppeal may help you prepare for that conversation, but it does not replace it.
HOAAppeal uses AI to analyze your documents. While we design the system to cite accurately and only reference provisions that exist in your documents, AI can make mistakes. Specifically:
You are responsible for reviewing all output before sending anything to your HOA.
HOAAppeal offers three tiers of analysis:
There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. You can upgrade from one paid tier to the next by paying the difference.
Because paid reports are generated and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final. If you believe there was a technical error (e.g., the report was not delivered or is incomplete), email support@hoaappeal.com and we will make it right.
You retain full ownership of all documents you upload or share with us.
By submitting documents, you grant HOAAppeal a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of generating your Dispute Dossier. We do not use your documents for any other purpose, and we do not share them with anyone other than the AI service provider (Anthropic) as necessary to generate your dossier.
Personally identifiable information is redacted before documents are sent to the AI for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
HOAAppeal does not guarantee any particular outcome for your HOA dispute. A "strong case" rating means the AI identified multiple potential arguments in your favor — it does not mean you will win. HOA disputes involve human judgment, local laws, and board discretion that are beyond the scope of any automated analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOAAppeal and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to: adverse HOA decisions, fines, legal fees, property damage, or any other losses resulting from actions taken based on the Dispute Dossier. HOAAppeal's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

We aim to keep HOAAppeal available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we discontinue the service, paid dossiers that have already been generated will remain accessible.
